Thank you for joining us on Sunday June 18, 2017 for the BARC Father's Day hamfest in Upperco, MD. This exciting event featured a giant flea market for traditional tailgating and food.

We continued the same value-based pricing...space is first-come/first-serve (no advance sales of admission tickets or space). Outdoor tailgating space continued at $5 each with admission of $5 each. Hours: 8 am.-2 pm. Location: the Arcadia Volunteer Fire Company grounds, 16020 Carnival Avenue, Upperco, MD 21155. ARRL DXCC/WAS qsl card checking was available in the morning. Amateur radio license exam testing is no longer offered.

This year's hamfest also features the 3905 Century Club Eyeball 2017 on June 15, 16, and 17 at the fairgrounds.

Again, plan on great food... Food for 2017 provided by Gill County BBQ & Catering.

Remember, we are the last area hamfest each year before ARRL Field Day for those last minute shoppers. Note, sales of ammunition, fire arms, and pornographic material/media are prohibited.

The weather was great for both our 2015, 2016, and 2017 hamfests at the new location. Please join us again in 2018!!!.
