SUMMARY:Maryland DC QSO Party
DESCRIPTION:The Maryland DC QSO Party will occur simultaneously on the 160 meter\, 80 meter\, 40 meter\, 20 meter\, 15 meter\, 10 meter bands.  Because of the contest element to this event 60 meters\, 30 meters\, 17 meters and 12 meters are not allowed.  As usual some bands will see more use than others\, and use will depend entirely on the contestants.  The Maryland DC QSO Party will be on SSB\, CW.  \n\n\n\nWe will suggest that you use frequencies and modes close to our suggested mode/frequency combinations listed below: \n\n\n\nCW:  3.557\, 7.045\, 14.045\, 21.045\, 28.045\, \n\n\n\nSSB:  1.895\, 3.821\, 7.230\, 14.271\, 21.371\, 28.371\, \n\n\n\nBe aware that your first contest contact during our Maryland DC QSO Party with our Host Station\, W3VPR\, will net you 500 bonus points.During the event\, you can expect up to 4 stations will be simultaneously operating using this call sign\, so you have a good chance of working us.  In order to give out as many bonus points as possible\, we prefer to sit on a single frequency on or near our suggested frequency for the band/mode in question\, calling CQ and answering all callers.  Hopefully you will contact us along the way.
