The Club conducts numerous training sessions throughout the year, including multiple entry level classes. All classes are at the
Carroll County Public Safety Training Center, 50 Kate Wagner Rd, Westminster, MD. Classes are free. We recommend the ARRL License Manual as a study aid. The License manual can be purchased from the ARRL or from Amazon.
