The Hamfest Expo is designed for the General Public to showcase Electronics, Radio, Robotics, and RC AIR/Ground. W3FT BARC can help mentor anyone willing to engage. Jobs, skills, and learning are at your fingertips.

🛻 Information for Tailgate Sellers and Vendors
- Setup & Arrival: Please arrive early. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- What to Bring: Tables, chairs, pop-up canopy, and all your ham radio, drone, RC, and robotics gear!
- Rules: All unsold items and trash must be packed out at the end of the event, 12 Noon.
- Hamfest Tailgate/Vendor Guide PDF.
- Our staff can help with food/drink orders and bring them to you—bathroom break, etc. We come around 8:10 – 8:30 am. HQ1 Staff can arrange.

- Parking: Free general parking is available.
