The Hamfest Expo is designed for the general public to showcase electronics, radio, robotics, and RC AIR/ground. W3FT BARC can help mentor anyone willing to engage. Jobs, skills, and learning are at your fingertips.

DUE TO LAST-MINUTE FAA TFR- NO FLIGHT ALLOWED ALL WEEKEND. Anywhere!
Flywam.org will be onsite with a few controllers and flight simulators.
A static display for one to see inside.
Flywam.org has weekends where they fly in Westminster and welcome spectators and do buddy flights.
All activities will be near HQ1, And the Circle
GOTA/POTA, Fox Hunt, MESH, Oscope & test tools.
RC Truck SUMO and a 16-foot Crawler run.

🛻 Information for Tailgate Sellers and Vendors
- Setup & Arrival: Please arrive early. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- What to Bring: Tables, chairs, pop-up canopy, and all your ham radio, drone, RC, and robotics gear!
- Rules: All unsold items and trash must be packed out at the end of the event, 12 Noon.
- Hamfest Tailgate/Vendor Guide PDF.
- Our staff can help with food/drink orders and bring them to you—bathroom break, etc. We come around 8:10 – 8:30 am. HQ1 Staff can arrange.

- Event Access: Doors open to the public promptly at 8:00 AM. Come early for the best deals!

- Drone/RC plane demo: static only and flight sim. FAA issued an ITAR Thurs at 1PM for no recreation flights this weekend.
